The Challenge
How do you include upcycled ingredients in favorite baked goods— while also making them plant-based and gluten free? Very carefully indeed!
At Renewal Mill, we pioneered a range of upcycled superfood ingredients, and it took a master touch to transform them into culinary delights. Enter Alice Medrich, a 5 time James Beard award winning cookbook author and the creative force behind all our products.
This holiday season, join us in honoring her exceptional work as we offer an exclusive glimpse into her motivation and groundbreaking approach to baking.
