I have been using okara flour in baking for few years now and I just recently incorporating oatmilk protein flour in making breads and cookies for the family. Very nutritious and easy to work with - just add an extra egg for extra liquid for the high fiber content. Very happy with this purpose.

Easy to make and a great gluten free option, better than most. A little heavy on the sugar but adding very dark chocolate chips to the mix helps to balance that. Excellent customer service as well.
