I made some okara baked goods with these. They had a light, soft flavor, and were very good!
I baked the scones which is on the back of the flour and used it in my zucchini bread. As I said before it is wonderrful.
So far, I've only made a keto mug bread & it's so great! I also plan on making cookies using the Okara flour instead of coconut flour. I'm really not a fan of coconut flour so I'm really excited to have another option.
