I stumbled across Renewal Mills organically and I’m so excited that I did! I love the idea of up-cycling and creating products we love in a more planet friendly way. The vanilla cups cakes were delicious! My whole family enjoyed them and can’t wait to try more of their products. My kids hate anything gluten free, so I wasn’t expecting them to eat these at all. I made them only for my husband, but everyone loved them and they were gone quickly! I also love the idea of upcycling products. Thanks for making them! They are so moist, soft, and delicious!!
I used this flour to make biscuits for my food science product development project. Taste great, the class loved it. Need to use it more to understand the flours expansion though.
