My wife loves the taste of the sugar cookies. The texture and they still come out soft.

This cookie mix has to be one of the best I have ever tasted in my entire life. So much so that when I come to the states I order six and bring them in my suitcase to where I live now!!

Party hit!

I made these sugar cookies for my friends birthday! I modified the recipe by kneading with a 1/4-1/2 cup of gluten free all purpose flour and then chilling the dough overnight in the fridge. I rolled and used cookie cutters like any gluten dough. Overall, the dough held its shaped when baked and made soft, flakey cookies. Lovely addition to the party! Every ate them and I received many compliments.

I wasn't sure everyone would like them as much as the normal Christmas cookies but frankly noone even noticed. They were delicious and great for Christmas cookies.
