Life altering flour

Use your great flour to bake gluten free cookies abd flat bread. Still trying to perfect making bread, just using your flour. Thank you SO MUCH for producing this healthy alternative with high protein and high fiber!

Excellent protein source

I mix a bit in my shake for the gym and also into my oatmeal for breakfast. It adds quite a bit of protein with very few net carbs. Love the mild nutty flavor it adds along with the thickening of whatever I put it in.

it is a perfect product. We are still in trials to use the production of reduced-fat meatballs as fat replacers and replace partial animal protein for protein sustainability. We can give much information about its success within 2 months. Thanks a lot for your help

product great, packaging had a problem

The flour itself is wonderful: tastes great, high protein, and a great sub for gluten-free baking and sauce mixes.
I've had shipments with no problems before. However, in the latest one, at least one of the 3 bags has a leak that I haven't been able to locate. I've had to put each one in a big ziplock bag to try to contain the messy leaks. I usually like to reuse shipping boxes and paper but these were contaminated with flour.

Love oatmilk protein floour

I have been using okara flour in baking for few years now and I just recently incorporating oatmilk protein flour in making breads and cookies for the family. Very nutritious and easy to work with - just add an extra egg for extra liquid for the high fiber content. Very happy with this purpose.
