And our snickerdoodle cookies are soft & chewy with the heavenly aroma of vanilla and cinnamon - made with heirloom cinnamon equitably sourced from smallholder farmers in Vietnam by Burlap & Barrel.

    Best gluten free cookies and brownies

    My kids hate anything gluten free, so I wasn’t expecting them to eat these at all. I made them only for my husband, but everyone loved them and they were gone quickly! I also love the idea of upcycling products. Thanks for making them! They are so moist, soft, and delicious!!

    Renewal Mill allows home-baked desserts for all, not just the gluten-free members, to enjoy. The brownies are the best to share with guests, as long as you add ice cream on the side.

    Quick, easy, delicious

    Convenience meets conscious! Finding decent gluten free/ dairy free mixes can be a challenge. Finding great ones? Doesn’t happen. Until now. Renewal Mill has figured out how to create the unicorn of easy baked goods from upcycled ingredients. I’ve found the mixes to be impatient-slacker proof (hey, sometimes measurements are more like guidelines and who actually waits to let the oven preheat properly?) and consistently delicious. HIGHLY recommend.
