I did half okara flour/half vital wheat gluten to make high-protein english muffins. Note: using vital wheat gluten makes not gluten-free (but still very delicious).

I tried the recipe featured on the package and the scones tasted great. The texture was wonderful and I’ve since changed the recipe by adding chocolate chips sand dried sour cherries. I will try smacking a savory scone next.
