I used this flour to make biscuits for my food science product development project. Taste great, the class loved it. Need to use it more to understand the flours expansion though.

I did half okara flour/half vital wheat gluten to make high-protein english muffins. Note: using vital wheat gluten makes not gluten-free (but still very delicious).
