product great, packaging had a problem

The flour itself is wonderful: tastes great, high protein, and a great sub for gluten-free baking and sauce mixes.
I've had shipments with no problems before. However, in the latest one, at least one of the 3 bags has a leak that I haven't been able to locate. I've had to put each one in a big ziplock bag to try to contain the messy leaks. I usually like to reuse shipping boxes and paper but these were contaminated with flour.

Love oatmilk protein floour

I have been using okara flour in baking for few years now and I just recently incorporating oatmilk protein flour in making breads and cookies for the family. Very nutritious and easy to work with - just add an extra egg for extra liquid for the high fiber content. Very happy with this purpose.

I make a steamed cake with it and okara flour almost everyday. Delicious and very healthy!!

Easy to make and a great gluten free option, better than most. A little heavy on the sugar but adding very dark chocolate chips to the mix helps to balance that. Excellent customer service as well.
